MeetUp65: Gateway to China

MeetUp65: Gateway to China event will introduce Polish creators to the specifics of the Chinese market – one of the largest and most dynamic gaming markets in the world. The meeting serves as a substantive follow-up to a study visit by Polish developers to WePlay 2025 in Shanghai.

Programme

The ‘Gateway to China’ programme will consist of two parts: B2B meetings with Chinese businesses and panel discussions on game publishing and operation within the media market in China. Participants have the opportunity to learn about the principles of cooperation, the expectations of local players and possible routes into this market.

At our invitation, the event will be attended by representatives of Chinese companies and industry media outlets: 3DM, Bilibili, GamerSky, G-Cores, HeyBox, IGN China, indienova, Rednote, Sonkwo, Tencent, TikTok, UCG, Xunlei and YYTS.

Date: 23 June 2026

Venue: Creative Industries Institute (65 Mińska street, Warsaw).

Organizers: MeetUp65: Gateway to China is organised by the Creative Industries Institute, the Polish Institute in Beijing and the Indie Games Polska Foundation.

A spacious, bright, industrial-style hall with numerous tables where pairs of people are chatting and working on laptops during business meetings.
