Development of Creative Sectors (RSK)

The following entities are eligible to apply for funding under the RSK program:

• Business entities (registered in CEIDG, KRS, or the register of non-public higher education institutions).
• Non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
• Local government cultural institutions (subject to exclusions detailed in the regulations).

Important: One applicant can submit a maximum of one application per program.

The RSK program supports various activities divided into specific industries:

Video games

• Professionalization – enhancing team competencies and business development.
• Promotion – increasing game visibility on domestic and international markets.
• Research – market analyses and testing new solutions.

Contemporary music

• Professionalization and promotion of artists and music events.
• New technologies – implementing modern digital solutions in the music industry.
• Research on trends and the development of the phonographic market.

Design

• Professionalization and promotion of Polish design.
• Prototypes and innovations – creating initial product versions and testing modern materials.
• Design and market research.

Interdisciplinary tasks

• Professionalization of activities combining different creative sectors.
• Prototypes of multi-industry projects.

Financial support from IPK under the RSK program amounts to:

• Minimum funding amount: PLN 20,000.
• Maximum funding amount: PLN 400,000.
• Support level: from 70% to 90% of the budget (depending on the total project value).
