We invite experts, researchers and practitioners in the following fields to take an active part in the discussion:
- service design, UX and CX,
- business strategies, information design and social innovation,
- wayfinding systems,
- design process management and organisational transformation.

To take part in the event, please send a portfolio consisting of a maximum of 5 slides (in PDF format) to the following email address: design@ipk.gov.pl.
