Our guest experts will explain how a grassroots creative initiative evolved into a fully professional music project that secured official support and a contract with the renowned Fonobo Label.

Marika Koasidis (representing the brand Uszy.Te Muzyka Szyta Na Miarę) will focus on an artist’s survival in the market. She will discuss the professionalisation of image-building activities, constructing a portfolio that attracts partners, and the right time to start working with a manager.
