Video Game Support Program (PWGW)

The following entities are eligible to apply for funding under the PWGW program:

• Business entities (registered in CEIDG or KRS).
• Non-governmental organizations (NGOs).

Important: Each entity can submit a maximum of one application per call for applications.

Funds from the PWGW program can be allocated to activities in three key areas:

• Video game prototypes: creating the first playable versions of projects to be used for further production development or to facilitate the search for investors.
• Adapting games to the needs of players with disabilities (accessibility): implementing solutions such as subtitles, audio description, alternative controls, high-contrast modes, or simplified gameplay mechanics.
• Game localization: translating games created in Polish into foreign languages for the purpose of international expansion.

Financial support from IPK for gaming projects is as follows:

• Minimum funding amount: PLN 20,000.
• Maximum funding amount: PLN 400,000.
• Support level: from 80% to 95% of the budget (depending on the total project value).

Applications were accepted until November 19, 2025, at 12:00 PM.

We accepted submissions exclusively online through the Program Management System.
